Cynthia Black launched her real estate career in 2005, serving Los Angeles and Orange Counties before bringing her expertise home to the desert, where she has lived full-time since 2017 after decades as a weekend resident. Today, she proudly represents buyers, sellers, and investors across all High and Low Desert as well as our local Mountain communities.

From finding the perfect full-time family home and relaxing weekend retreats to securing lucrative investment properties or rugged off-road acreage, homes or cabins near Johnson Valley (home to the legendary King of the Hammers), Cynthia is the ultimate desert real estate resource. As an expert problem solver and dedicated listener, she works tirelessly to turn her clients’ unique property goals into reality.

While Cynthia handles all types of residential transactions, she holds a special passion for helping seniors navigate the emotional and financial aspects of transitioning from one home to the next. She works entirely at your pace, ensuring you feel prioritized, protected, and genuinely cared for throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Cynthia’s deep capacity for care extends beyond real estate into her local community. When she isn’t assisting clients, she spends time at her family’s off-road home in Johnson Valley, where she volunteers at the Johnson Valley Improvement Association Community Center, attends local board meetings, cooks, and hosts events for her neighbors. She is also a passionate animal advocate who regularly fosters rescue dogs and shares her life with her two beloved senior pups, Rocky and Rylie.

Whether you are buying your first home, selling an investment property, relocating a loved one, or downsizing for your next chapter, Cynthia is the compassionate advocate you want in your corner.
